Rubber grade zinc oxide is used in the production of rubber products such as radial tires, bias tires, conveyor belts, hoses, tapes, rubber shoes and latex gloves. Its product features fully comply with the requirements of the State, the Ministry of Chemical Industry and the US ASTM standards.

 

Features and functions:

►It has strong activity, uniform particle size, good dispersibility, good promotion of vulcanization, improved crosslink density of vulcanizate, and more complete vulcanization.

►It can better improve the viscosity of materials and improve the adhesion of rubber and steel and wire and other skeleton materials.

►The dynamic mechanical properties are good, the deformation of the rubber product is small, the heat generation is small, and the wear resistance is good, so that it has good aging resistance.
